HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
1. Simply complete our online fillable forms for the buyer and seller respectively. If at any point you do not understand the process or technology, we will gladly talk to you on the phone and help you fill out the forms.
2. Once the forms are completed, we collect and review your negotiated terms.
3. After reviewing the terms, we will design and prepare a real estate purchase agreement that meets your negotiated terms and adheres to all state and federal guidelines and laws.
4. We digitally send out the purchase agreement for signatures for both the buyer and seller.
5. We also coordinate all sellers disclosures for the sale.
6. Once all the paperwork is completed and satisfactory to both buyer and seller, we arrange with the title company to get pay offs if needed and to coordinate a mutually agreed upon closing date and time.
7. Finally, we will supply a post closing check list to help with your transaction.
*OUR FEE SCHEDULE:
Our fees are paid ONLY if the transaction closes. We are paid
directly from the title company.
We will coordinate with the Buyer, Seller and Title company for the closing.
If the sale price is $100,000 and less = our fee is $899.00
If the sale price is $100,001 and higher = our fee is .875%
